How a booking works from enquiry to check-out. Your own terms should replace this page before you launch.
Holding dates
A third of the total holds your dates; the balance is due eight weeks before arrival. Inside eight weeks the full amount is due on booking.
Cancellation
More than eight weeks out we refund everything except the deposit. Inside eight weeks we refund whatever we manage to re-let.
Damage and deposits
We do not take a damage deposit. Accidents happen; tell us and we will sort it fairly. Deliberate damage is charged at cost.
Occupancy and pets
The number of guests is the number on the booking. Two dogs are welcome at most homes; please ask first.
