The short version: we keep what we need to look after your booking, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, the dates you asked about and who is coming. If you book, a billing address and the payment reference. We use privacy-respecting analytics that set no cookies.
Why
To reply, to hold and confirm your dates, to let the housekeeper know who is arriving, and to keep the records our accountants require for seven years.
Who sees it
The two of us and the housekeeping team for the home you are staying in. Never advertisers, never a list.
Your rights
Ask what we hold and we will tell you; ask us to correct or delete it and we will, unless a financial record has to be kept. Email hello@roomservice.co.
