The Saltings was designed for one thing: an easy week by the sea for people who cannot or would rather not manage stairs. It is single-storey, wide-doored and genuinely step-free from the car to the terrace.
The house
A big living room with the kitchen at one end and the terrace at the other. Two double bedrooms, a bunk room the kids fight over, and two wet rooms. Outdoor showers by the side gate for the walk back up from the beach.
Good to know
EV charger on the drive. The beach is across the road, and it is a quiet stretch. Minimum four nights in summer.
