A tall, narrow house on the Lilliput slope with the best sunset seat on the peninsula: a top-floor sitting room with a balcony over the water. Two bathrooms, a proper cook's kitchen, and a garage for paddleboards.
The Lookout was a 1960s house with the best plot in Lilliput and the worst windows. We kept the plot and replaced everything else, so every room now faces the water.
The top floor
Sitting room, balcony, and a sunset that people come out of the kitchen for. On a clear evening you can watch the ferry all the way to Studland.
