The beach hut question
How the rows work, what a day costs, and which end is quietest.
The huts are privately owned and rented by the day or week through the council and a few agents. The northern rows are quieter; the southern ones nearer the café and the loos. A day is roughly the price of a decent lunch.
Book ahead in August. Otherwise turn up early and ask.
